[職務概要] Talent Development team 是公司教育訓練與人才發展的核心推動力量,透過多元課程與人才發展專案支援組織成長,應對快速變遷的產業趨勢。此職位將負責規劃與執行教育訓練與人才發展專案,涵蓋課程設計、LMS管理、辦法優化,並推動跨部門人才專案的落實執行。 [主要工作內容] 人才發展策略與專案推動:規劃並執行符合集團策略目標的人才發展專案,包括人才梯隊建構、個人發展計畫(IDP)、績效管理及關鍵人才培育計畫。 教育訓練規劃與執行:實施與優化新人訓練、專業職能課程及中高階主管領導力發展訓練。 LMS系統與數據管理:管理與優化內部學習系統(LMS),提升使用者體驗與學習效率。並負責內外部培訓數據分析及報告撰寫。製作與優化線上教材,包含多語言轉譯,支援跨區域學習需求。探索及導入新型數位學習工具,提升整體學習成效。 政策與辦法管理:維護與優化教育訓練、人才發展相關的內部辦法,確保規範化運作。 跨部門協作與專案執行:與 HR 其他功能及事業單位密切合作,確保專案落實執行並達成成效。 [必要條件] 工作經驗:具備教育訓練經驗與人才發展相關專案經歷10年以上,熟悉科技業或國際化組織尤佳。 學歷要求:大學以上,人力資源、企業管理相關科系畢業。 語文條件:英文聽說讀寫中等以上。 工作技能:員工教育訓練與需求分析、人員培訓/激勵/輔導與管理、績效與薪酬管理。 其他條件:主動積極、良好的溝通協作能力、高適應力及專案管理能力。 [加分條件] 曾負責規劃並執行跨部門教育訓練或人才發展專案。 對人才梯隊建構、績效管理、IDP 等發展計畫有實務操作經驗。 熟悉 Workday 系統介面與操作。

我們期待的人 務實、能扛責任、說到做到;熟悉日本職場文化又能用中文/日文快速橋接跨國協作。你將是日本分公司的第一位關鍵成員,把制度、流程與團隊從零搭起,讓大阪據點可持續運作與擴張。 若你符合上述條件並願意挑戰從零打造日本據點,歡迎投遞履歷(附中日文履歷與自我介紹),我們將盡快與你聯繫面談。 工作內容(職責範圍) 人資與勞動法令 • 擬定就業規則、勞動契約模板、工作規章、服務規章,確保符合法令與公司制度 • 建置薪資、勤怠、加班、年休與各項津貼制度與流程(含個資保護) • 社會保險與年金之加入、申報、異動;源泉徵收、年末調整配合 • 招募規劃與執行:職缺規格、管道選擇、面試安排、offer 與入離職流程 • 評核制度試行與優化(試用期機制、月/季績效評估、薪資調整建議) 行政總務與營運落地 • 公司設立相關:登記、印鑑、銀行開戶、章程與重要對外契約簽署 • 辦公室規劃:選址、租約談判、裝修時程管理、IT/資產採購與盤點 • 供應商管理:會計師、社勞士、獵頭、保險、票務與差旅等服務商之洽談與考核 • 成本控管與月結:人事與營運費用預算、請款覆核、報表與稽核配合 • 對外代表:必要時出席政府/商務單位會議,維繫在地產官學資源 跨國協作 • 與台灣/海外 HR、財會、法務、技術/業務部門同步規章與流程 • 中日文件雙語對照、資訊同步與時程管控,確保專案準時上線 任職條件(其一滿足之身分/語言要求) • 日本國籍或具日本長期就勞資格(永住者、定住者、高度專門職等),能以中文與台灣團隊流暢溝通;或 • 台灣國籍且具日本合法就勞資格,日語流利(建議 JLPT N1/高階 N2),熟悉日本職場文化 經驗與能力 • 5 年以上人資/總務/營運相關經驗;具外商或跨國新據點落地經驗佳 • 曾參與或主導法人設立、銀行開戶、社保與薪稅實務對接 • 熟悉勞基法、勞災與各項社保制度、個資保護與合規要求 • 具強溝通協調、專案管理、獨立解決問題能力;能在不完全資訊下推進 • 中日雙語書寫與簡報能力佳;英文可協作更佳
