As part of our team of exceptional consultants, you will engage in a variety of key areas for diverse client projects, including but not limited to the following: ◆Workforce Strategy & Planning ◆Compensation and Benefit ◆Performance Management and Rewards ◆Talent Selection and Assessment ◆Talent Management and Development (including Upskilling) ◆Employee Engagement and Experience ◆Diversity and inclusion ◆Human Rights Due Diligence ◆Culture, Leadership and Change ◆Organizational Design and Effectiveness ◆People Analytics and Insights ◆HR Transformation and Technology ◆Mergers and Acquisitions(M&A) ◆Retirement and pensions ◆Employment Law and Compliance Your Key Responsibilities Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: ◆Collaborate with clients to understand their HR challenges and ensure HR practices are strategically aligned with business objectives. ◆Develop impactful, fit-for-purpose deliverables, providing insightful analysis and recommendations. ◆Actively support project execution and contribute to the timely delivery of high-quality deliverables. ◆Support business development initiatives and the development of thought leadership through research, analysis, and insightful contributions. The People & Organization (P&O) team is seeking individuals who demonstrate the following skills: ◆Analytical Thinking: Ability to deconstruct complex ideas into fundamental principles, utilizing critical thinking to analyze facts, interpret data, and identify patterns for effective problem-solving. ◆Communication and Presentation: Capability to convey ideas clearly to diverse audiences through various channels, demonstrating strong oral and written skills, context awareness, and effective listening and questioning abilities. ◆Project Management: Expertise in planning, executing, and overseeing projects to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes. It includes but not limited to multiple-tasks management, time management, project follow-up, project planning.
