Job Description:
Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering the project within scope, time, and budget. This role requires strong coordination skills and the ability to manage technical and business teams effectively.

Major duties & responsibilities:
- Develop detailed project plan & project status updates to monitor and track progress, and to maintain with agile oriented tools.
- Proactive, closely collaboration and communication with all stakeholders & project team members at all times throughout project life cycle.
- Understand and provide feedback on Root Cause Analysis report.
- Worked with the team to present incident reports defining issues and solutions.
- Resolve any issues and help look for resources to solve problems throughout the project life cycle.
- Escalate major issues or showstoppers to senior management throughout project life cycle.
【Required】
- Must demonstrate excellent verbal and written skills to communicate effectively with cross functional teams including business, IT, application development and DBA teams.
- Good Project Management, Tracking, Control and Visibility (communication) for Stakeholders and project teams to give a forecast view of existing or incoming projects.
- Ability to work under pressure, think analytically, define and roll out client and project specifics, develop plans and schedules
▋Your Role
# Product life cycle management
You will be working as strategic product planning including target audience analysis, product roadmap planning, marketing, selling strategy, and profit analysis.
# Cross-functional communication and collaboration
Working with multiple teams including Sales, Marketing, Industrial Design, Suppliers (manufactures), Product testing, Operation, and Customer Services, to gain maximum values.
# Manage supply chains
You will be deeply involved in consumer products supply chain and elaborating the ODM operation process and logic. In which to understand the up-to-date market trend and develop the capability for market analysis and global trend projection.
# Global market trend analysis and strategy planning
You will be involving different consumer habits under different cultures with multi-nation sales teams, also to coordinate internal resources for outlining appropriate marketing strategies to promote products over the world.
▋Your Responsibility
1. Developing and maintaining all product-specific messaging and positioning for funds and mandates in both English and Chinese.
2. Creating, preparing, maintaining, and overseeing the updating of a range of marketing presentations and materials on each of products.
3. Providing internal and external marketing and sales support, and training for products where required.
4. Running detailed competitor products analysis.
Job description:
1. Responsible for overall BIOS project development and management including planning, executing, monitoring, and closing for notebook, desktop, or workstation project.
2. Collaborate with cross-function teams including ODM/OEM/IHV/internal to make sure that the deliverables are on track with project requirements and schedules.
3. Perform the issue management via using internal issue tracking system as well as project management software e.g. JIRA on a daily basis.
4. Conduct the status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information for management level and clients.
5. Host the regular meeting in both Mandarin and English to report the project issue status and progress with clients and follow up the corresponding action requests to meet project outputs.
6. Define the tasks and allocate and manage required project resources and hardware.
7. Optimize the process when necessary to enhance the efficiency of project management.
8. Opportunity to work at client side (OEM) with the options of remote or hybrid mode.
Qualifications:
1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Mandarin and English
2. Proficiency in Microsoft office applications and Google Workplace
3. Ability to multi-task and work independently to manage various project elements simultaneously
4. Self-motivated and attention to details.
5. Capacity to manage high stress situations
6. Experience in project management or testing for consumer electronic products in ODM/OEM will be a plus.
7. Knowledge in UEFI BIOS will be a plus.
