1. Follow laboratory SOPs and ensure GMP compliance.
2. Responsible for performing the QC tasks and projects, such as analytical method development, method validation, raw material and finished product tests.
3. Use and maintain analytical instruments, GC, HPLC, UV, IR, etc. Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to resolve analytical instrument issues.
4. Establishing, maintaining, and updating the specifications and test methods.
5. Support assigned responsibilities to maintain GMP compliance of laboratory.
6. Promptly complete work and tasks assigned by superior.
7. Managing and maintaining instrument calibrations, laboratory instrument logbooks, and SOPs.

Ensure that Quality related project requirements are met (as defined in the project
contract).
2.撰寫ITAP(檢查與測試計畫)、品質計畫,並確保計畫的實際執行。
Plan and carry out activities as defined in the project Inspection, Test Audit Plan
(ITAP), and Quality Plan.
3.回覆NCR(不符合報告)與跟進專案中所有品質相關的文件。
Reply to the NCR (Non-conformity Report), maintain and follow up on all quality-
related documentation for the project.
4.確保與內部和外部利害關係人有效合作;釐清問題。對公司內部和其他下包商所生產的
產品進行品質管控。
Ensures effective cooperation with both, internal and external stakeholders;
clarifies issues. Performs Quality coordination for all production products within
BU and other partner production sites.
5.密集與國外開發商、業主、技術顧問會議。需要良好的英文口說與書寫能力。
Intensive meetings with foreign developers, owners, and technical advisors.A high
level of English skills is required both written and oral due to the nature of the
position.

Role and responsibilities
For our Global Operations Center in Taiwan we are searching for Supply Chain Professionals. You fulfill the demand of our customers for spare parts and tools for their maintenance activities on some of the most complex machines in the right quantity and at the right time & cost.
Time is of the essence to ensure a seamless production of our customers without interruptions on our machines.
-Handling of urgent material requests from worldwide customers in a rolling 24/7 shift system with the right customer focus, while meeting all milestones related to communication and execution
-Monitoring of worldwide shipments
-Ability to resolve complex issues and drive improvements to further optimize processes
-Ability to support escalations and provide communication proposals for review
-Constructive and reliable communication with worldwide stakeholders from all departments within ASML
-This position requires shift work.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in related subject i.e. Supply Chain Management, Information Science, Engineering etc. preferred
-Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in an international company, semiconductor industry is preferred
-A tactical thinker with strong interpersonal and communication skills
-Analytical thinking and ability to organize and prioritize workload
