Job Responsibilities:
◆Collaborate on the design, development, and optimization of our biosensor products, prioritizing performance, reliability, and user experience.
◆Offer technical support, troubleshoot issues, and address hardware and software challenges to ensure smooth operations.
◆Monitor production processes, maintain quality standards, and conduct tests to verify product performance.
◆Assist in obtaining required legal certifications (FDA, ISO, etc.), including application submissions and review participation.
◆Stay updated on emerging technology trends, proposing ideas for enhancements and innovations to maintain our market leadership.

【工作內容】
- New product design review for manufacturing
- Introduction of new product prototype/pilot run, verification and mass production
-Evaluation, development and introduction of new materials, processes and advanced production technologies.
-Abnormal quality and failure analysis and improvement. (PFMEA)
-To coordinate cross function team and do risk assessment for making (consolidating) the decision of production/manufacturing
-To communicate production status, issues with cross function team and lead / drive cross function team on issue solving
-To handle the regular PID (Product In Development) meetings and coordinate follow-ups

This role is essential in overcoming technical challenges, enhancing product performance and reliability, and driving continuous team progress. You will be a member of the hardware team, contributing to the entire product development cycle—from prototype implementation to problem analysis. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new products and explore emerging technologies.

- Schematic Design: Analyze component datasheets to understand characteristics and contribute to circuit design, including power, analog, and digital circuits.
- Board Layout: Study PCB layout principles, gain familiarity with impedance matching, and propose layout rules.
- Prototype Testing: Plan and conduct experiments to address issues in the prototype stage.
- Team Support: Assist the hardware team in executing development tasks efficiently.
