Dealing with work related to quality and compliance.
1. Responsible for the follow-up on the corrective and preventive action of
deviation report, CAPA form, complaint, internal audit.
2. Assist in the maintenance of the Risk Management and files regarding
Quality Deviation/Change Control.
3. Responsible for regional KPI reporting.
4. Perform calibration activities, such as perform calibration/ validation and
raise report.
5. Perform temperature mapping activities
6. Oversees warehouse temperature profile, van temperature record, pest
control, facility maintenance monitoring.
7. Responsible for preparing validation protocol and summary report.
8. Assignment will be subject to management decision based on
department needs.

This position is responsible for resolving customer quality related issues and acting to resolve quality problems.This team will act as a key point of communication with customers on subjects as examples but not limited to customer complaints, customer requests. If have over 1 years quality related experience will be preferred.

1.Customer claim and CAR disposition & follow-up.
2.Customer audit arrangement and finding follow-up.
3.Regular audit report preparation and meeting with customer.
4.Interface between PTI & customer on quality issue.
5.Strengthen customer relationship.
6.Satisfy customer on quality service.

【Interpersonal Skills】
Uses communication skills to exchange information; fluent English skill is perfect. TOEIC at least 600.
主要職責 :
1) Assist in managing the progress of SQMS-SQM project implementation.
2) Troubleshooting system problems and coordinating with various plant users to propose applicable solutions to improve the efficiency of the existing system.
3) Developing and planning for a new quality management system to realize and improve the SQM quality management system.
4) Lead quality activities among factories: quality process cross auditing and improvement, various workshop activities, and dynamic support for each factory.
5) Integration of cross-departmental system resources, planning and unification of workflow.
