1.負責客戶訂單建檔、交期追蹤與出貨安排
Manage customer order entry, monitor delivery schedules, and coordinate shipping arrangements
2.專案或客戶案件進度追蹤與協調
Track project and order progress to ensure on-time delivery and issue resolution
3.回覆客戶問題,並與內外部單位進行溝通協調
Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams to address inquiries and ensure effective communication
4.報表資料彙整與維護
Compile, maintain, and analyze reports to support operational decision-making
5.支援主管交辦事項及部門行政庶務
