1. 負責客戶財務稅務需求訪談、系統方案配置及測試、客戶教育訓練等工作;
2. 能以良善的溝通技巧,有效梳理客戶需求;
3. 需外勤至客戶現場輔導上線,或遠程支援、排查客戶問題;
4. 性格穩定,能配合團隊作業 ;
5. 至少5年以上財稅及軟體行業工作經驗。

- Implementation and support on Oracle /SAP /ERP.
- Exceed 5 years of experience in related work experience.
- Customer education and training; system Testing; management of the whole system of solution and project configuration.
- Good Team player and excellent problem-solving attitude.
1. Leading the quality activities implementation in company including CTQ, 6S, ISO, ESD implementation, QCC/QIT, Kaizen and so on.
2. Ensure the quality manual, procedure and quality system are implemented accordingly.
3. To manage end to end quality, including incoming quality, manufacture quality, out-going inspection and customer complain.
4. Ensure and monitor the quality of process including PCBA manufacturing, testing, final assembly and the finished goods, and ensure the quality issues are review, fixed, tracked and improved by related parties.
5. Ensure the production line qualification are conducted based on 4M1E before ramp up and mass production.
6. Ensure the equipment are calibrated based on requirement.
7. Ensure all the products are monitored and controlled under the ORT plan.
