Strategy and policy: • Contribute to the development of the company's EHS policies, goals, and strategies. • Identify EHS-related laws and requirements of stakeholders and develop standards and guidelines accordingly. 2. Setting and Deploying Goals and annual improvement plan/budget: • Develop an annual safety and health improvement plan (including budget) for FC(Fulfillment Centers) EHS. • Compile and monitor annual EHS improvement plan to achieve EHS goals. • Risk management including risk assessment (TRA, JSA, HAZOP, FMEA, etc.) 3.
