Role and responsibilities
For our Global Operations Center in Taiwan we are searching for Supply Chain Professionals. You fulfill the demand of our customers for spare parts and tools for their maintenance activities on some of the most complex machines in the right quantity and at the right time & cost.
Time is of the essence to ensure a seamless production of our customers without interruptions on our machines.
-Handling of urgent material requests from worldwide customers in a rolling 24/7 shift system with the right customer focus, while meeting all milestones related to communication and execution
-Monitoring of worldwide shipments
-Ability to resolve complex issues and drive improvements to further optimize processes
-Ability to support escalations and provide communication proposals for review
-Constructive and reliable communication with worldwide stakeholders from all departments within ASML
-This position requires shift work.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in related subject i.e. Supply Chain Management, Information Science, Engineering etc. preferred
-Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in an international company, semiconductor industry is preferred
-A tactical thinker with strong interpersonal and communication skills
-Analytical thinking and ability to organize and prioritize workload

【Position Overview】
We are seeking a Document Controller to support our client, an international offshore wind developer, in maintaining and organizing project documentation during the final project phase. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring document control processes are followed, records are properly managed, and information is efficiently shared among project stakeholders.
【Key Responsibilities】
- Manage and maintain all project-related documentation in accordance with company and project standards.
- Control the flow of documents between internal teams, contractors, and external partners.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and proper version control of all technical and contractual documents.
- Track document status and progress and generate reports as required.
- Support audits and inspections by providing document retrieval and record management.
- Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and QA/QC teams to ensure timely submission and approval of documentation.
Develop and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key suppliers to ensure long-term collaboration and mutual growth.
Serve as the primary local liaison between the company and assigned suppliers, ensuring smooth communication and alignment.
Support regular supplier audits covering compliance, contractual obligations, ethical standards, and performance accountability.
Assist in negotiating supplier agreements with a focus on cost efficiency and quality assurance; monitor contract execution and identify opportunities for renegotiation and continuous improvement.
Proactively identify, address, and resolve supplier-related challenges to minimize operational disruptions, working closely with cross-functional and global teams.
Stay informed on industry trends and best practices, introduce innovative sourcing methods, simplify supplier networks, and ensure accurate, consistent data management across global systems.
Collaborate with consolidation centers and company affiliates to maintain transparent, positive, and effective communication.
Participate in supplier sourcing and evaluation, support RFQ processes, and prepare purchase requisitions and sample orders.
Analyze procurement data and generate reports for management, ensuring seamless information flow among stakeholders to support timely and informed decision-making.
