主要職責
1.透過實施全球標準化、Gemba改善、iOE工具與系統,建立並推動現場持續改善。
2.推動和協調現場的Gemba改善活動與專案,確保進度和績效符合預期。
3.訓練與指導改善團隊運用問題解決技巧及工具應用。
4.與當地管理團隊進行定期的Gemba走訪與審查,確保日常問題解決、LDM、Gemba改善
5.等所有改善活動在現場得以全面執行。
6.確保現場採用紀律嚴謹、數據驅動、系統化的問題解決方法,以改善SQDCPI,達成年度目標,並實現年度績效持續改善。
7.作為現場的集中資源,追蹤和報告KPI,並推動各職能部門真正落實並執行持續改善活動。
必要時,領導現場最關鍵問題的改善活動,展示運用iLean和iSigma工具有效且快速地解決問題。
8.與現場領導層及其他職能領導合作,確保iOE管理系統及持續改善文化的永續性與成功,直到成為組織的DNA。
9.推動跨場知識分享與最佳實務交流,充分利用其他場站的知識與經驗。
10.與其他工廠的iLean及iSigma專家合作,開發並提供iLean及iSigma模組化訓練與實務。
Key Responsibilities
1. Set up and drive site Continuous Improvement by implementing global standardization, Gemba Kaizen, iOE tools and systems.
2. Drive and facilitate site Gemba Kaizen Events and activities to ensure progress and performance on track.
3. Train and coach Kaizen team on the problem-solving skills and tools application.
4. Lead regular Gemba Walk and Gemba Review with local management team to ensure daily problem solving, LDM, Gemba Kaizen etc., all Kaizen activities well embraced and executed on shop floor.
5. Ensure site disciplined, data-driven, systematic problem solving to improve SQDCPI to meet annual targets as well as realize year over year performance continuously improvement.
6. Sever as the site centralized resource to track and report KPIs, also assess and drive each function to truly embrace and execute Continuous Improvement activities.
7. Lead site top critical issues’ Kaizen activities when necessary to demonstrate using iLean and iSigma tools to solve the problem effectively and efficiently.
8. Work with site top leader and other functional leaders to ensure iOE management systems and Continuous Improvement culture sustainable and successful, till to be the DNA of organization.
9. Drive site to site Read-across and Best Practice sharing to make the best use of the know-how and experiences from other sites.
10. Partner with other facilities' iLean & iSigma masters to develop and deliver iLean and iSigma modular training and practice.
1. Layout Planning & Optimization
- Design and improve factory & workstation layouts to support efficient processflow
- Optimize space utilization in alignment with Lean Manufacturing principle
- Coordinate Layout changes with Cross-Functional teams including Manufacturing, Enviromental Health &Safety, Manufacturing Engineering, Global workplace soluations(GWS), and Global Industrial Servise(GIS); ensure compliance with EHS requirements and ergonomic standards"
2. Capacity Planning & Analysis
- Conduct detailed Capacity analysis based on demand forecasts.
- Identify Capacity constraints and highlight risks or Gaps relative to projected demand
- Simulate future Capacity scenarios to support strategic business planning and growth"
3. Process & Productivity Improvement
- Model and manage factoryCapacity Utilization, and throughput
- Improve Productivity and Efficiency on Factory facilities and direct labor
- Reduce production cycle-time and balor hourss through waste elimination and continuous improvement process(CIP) initiatives
- Optimize Lean Production systems and Cell Line designs"
4. Engineering & Technical support
- Prepare and modify workstation or equipment layouts using AutoCAD
- Determine optimal operation sequences and workflow using line-bacancing techniques
- Apply Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvements and develop best-known methods(BKMs)
- Conduct time studies to support level loading and productivity enhancements"
1. Project accurate demand forecasts with the developed forecasting model based on the historical data, market trends, brand plans and statistical modeling techniques.
2. Implement demand & commit strategies aligned with company goals to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
3. Analyze, communicate and collaborate with Amkor headquater and produciton team to align the demand fulfillment and related investment
