1.Develop and optimize web coating, printing and converting processes/formulations and contribute as a team member in developing and launching of new products.
2. Conduct routine slot coating, compounding and dispersion processes.
3. Maintain and operate precision tooling, characterization and analytical equipment
4. Conduct QA/QC and image analysis such as optical microscope and AOI of the adhesive/coating system
5. Design and document experiment results, conduct statistical analysis and compile product data sheets.

Master degree in technical domain (e.g. electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics)
Experience
3-5 years working experience in design engineering
