A. 新進人員(略相當於三~二手):試用期$32,000,正職$34,000~$36,000。
B. 二級資深人員(略相當於一手):$37,000~$41,000
*可獨立且穩定完成戚風蛋糕製作、各類法式、西式烘焙Topping製作、優格義式冰淇淋(Yogurt Gelato)製作、優格霜淇淋(Froyo)製作。
C. 一級資深人員(略相當於副領班):$42,000~$45,000
*除熟諳二級資深人員範疇外,可參與協調/排班/支援外場工作&優化現有商品及開發新品。
西點一手
工作內容
- 協助製作烘培西點
- 負責洗、剝、削、切各種食材,以完成烹飪的前置工作
- 維護內場環境衛生
- 需配合加班
- 接受管理培訓
- 參與設計及研發甜點
- Assist and help in baked goods production
- Treat and process ingredients by wash, peel, chop, cut all raw materials for preparation
- Maintain kitchen sanitation
- Responsible for training & managing the kitchen
- Develop new desserts in line with Heritage's brand
具備條件
- 具備西點烘焙的專業知識及三年以上經驗
- 對烘焙有高度熱誠興趣並且具有責任感
- 熱心開朗活潑.能獨立作業也能夠配合團體
- 樂於接受新事物及良好溝通能力
- 衛生習慣良好
- 需重視品質
- Must have more than 3 years of baking experience as well as professional baking knowledge
- Passion for baking and high sense of responsibility
- Positive attitude and can work independently as well as in group
- Open-minded for new things and good communication skill
- Have good personal hygiene
- Have high standard for quality
