2、Lead and drive quality improvement projects (e.g., QCC Quality Control Circle) to enhance overall quality performance.
3、Coordinate and implement quality-related activities during new product transfer and ramp-up phases.
4、Build and develop the local QC team, continuously improving team capabilities and management effectiveness.

1. Work with HQ R&D to do product analysis (3-phase UPS, DC UPS, UPS, etc.)
2. Product refurbish/rework task support
