Job responsibilities: 1. Interact and provide support especially technical related to customers. 2. Understand market/customers requirement and able to provide solutions or strategies for design win. 3. Communication bridge between customers and internal team, lead team for program development completion. 4. Primary contact window for customers' complains. 5. Co-work with Sales to build up relationships with customers and increase revenue.

Qualifications: 1. Abilities and Skills: - Strong communication and presentation skills. - Good customer orientation and business sense. - Ability to multitask, work individually and as a team. - Willing to travel when needed. 2. Education background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or other relevant engineering fields is required. 3. Others: - One-year training trial: A mandatory one-year training program at the manufacturing site in Guangzhou, Mainland China will be assigned after being onboard, occasional business travel to the United States is expected. - Expatriate location reassign: Due to the need of US Sales team, this position will be reassigned from China to San Francisco Bay Area after finishing the one-year training and receiving the E-2 Work Visa.
