工作內容
■從事眼科儀器設備的銷售並達成銷售目標。
■開發並維護診所、醫院等客戶,建立並鞏固客戶關係。
■負責國內業務的接洽、訂單處理、帳務管理以及客情維護,確保業務流程順利。
■處理責任區域內的異常報告,及時解決問題以維護公司形象。
■掌握市場變化,提供解決方案,協助客戶解決問題並提供專業建議。
■負責區域:高雄/屏東,視情況安排:嘉義/台南/台東

This role is vital for expanding market presence and managing client relationships. We need a sales representative to attract new clients, maintain existing ones, and meet performance targets, aiming to increase market share, enhance brand influence, and ensure long-term client partnerships.

Things You Will Do
■Sell ophthalmic instruments and achieve sales targets.
■Develop and maintain relationships with clinics, hospitals, and other clients.
■Handle domestic business dealings, order processing, account management, and client relations.
■Address issues in your area and provide timely solutions to maintain the company’s image.
■Stay updated on market changes and offer solutions and professional advice to clients.
What We're Looking for on Your Resume
■Diploma or higher, fluent in English.
■Healthcare-related experience is a plus.

What You Should Know About This Team
Our team provides high-quality ophthalmic equipment and services, focusing on client satisfaction, innovation, and industry leadership.
• Lead and monitor progress of the sales representatives’ daily sales activities and sales achievement versus target by sales representative or sub-distributor. Provide action plans for the sales representatives or sub-distributor to implement.
• Lead and monitor progress of the channel team’s sales activities and sales achievement versus target by key accounts or by region. Provide action plans for the channel team to implement based on changing customers or regions/area’s environment and trends.
• Implement channel strategy and plans for the districts. Cascade and monitor key performance indictor achievements by sales representative or sub-distributor. Evaluate sales representatives or sub-distributors’ performance gaps and requirements for improvement to achieve the districts’ sales target.
• Review sales reports and analysis by sales representative. Lead district’s monthly sales forecasts and monitor forecast accuracy by sales representative. Evaluate sales trends/forecasts by sales representative and implement action plans.
• Oversees product lines on-field distribution status, take initiative with plan to extend market opportunities for business growth. Monitor stock in trade in the district by sales representative. ·
• Maintain and foster DKSH solid relationships with established key customer-owner in the district. ·
• Enhance sales representative selling skills through on-job coaching and develop yearly sales relevance KPIs to ensure excellent execution by the team.
