Education
Master degree in technical domain (e.g. electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics)
Experience
3-5 years working experience in design engineering

此職位負責參與內部稽核作業(營運稽核及 J-SOX 稽核),協助評估內控制度的充分性、流程的效率與效能,以及風險管理與合規性(特別是針對 J-SOX 稽核作業)。
依據《區域稽核手冊》中所訂定的標準執行所有稽核任務,並提供改善內部控制及降低營運與財務流程風險的建議。
定期追蹤建議事項的落實情況。亦可能需參與特別稽核項目及臨時指派的其他多樣性工作。此外,該職位將協助推動台灣普利司通集團的風險管理相關活動。
營運稽核:
• 執行營運稽核作業,包括稽核規劃、與受稽單位溝通、執行稽核作業、識別控制弱點與風險、提出改善建議、協助撰寫稽核報告,並向在地管理階層進行說明。
• 進行追蹤稽核與評估,以確認先前提出的建議已被妥善落實。
• 支持持續改善流程,並主動提出提升稽核品質與效率的建議。
J-SOX 協調:
協助統籌公司內所有與 J-SOX 相關的活動,幫助業務單位理解 J-SOX 的目的與重要性,並在需要時提供相關訓練與指導。
風險管理推動:
• 協助籌辦內部稽核管理委員會會議。
• 追蹤營運單位的風險管理相關活動執行情形。
