Your Profile:
1. Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
2. At least 3 years of experience in Hotel Management, Human Resource Management, or related positions.
3. Familiarity with maritime regulations and best practices in personnel management.
4. Excellent coordination and communication skills.
5. Ability to respond to emergencies and crisis management.
6. Willingness to work for extended periods on offshore wind vessels, adapting to changing work environments.
Job Description (includes, but not limited to the following):
1. Assist in liaising with port authorities, and ship agents to ensure compliance with embarkation and disembarkation procedures.
2. Coordinate and arrange crew embarkation and disembarkation procedures, including port transportation, boarding inspections, and document processing.
3. Ensure the compliance of all crew-related documents and certificates, including licenses and certificates.
4. Maintain records of crew training and certification.
5. Collaborate with other departments, such as the Galley team and technical personnel, to ensure the smooth operation of the vessel.
6. Assist in managing crew personnel records, such as recording attendance and work hours.
7. Assist in resolving crew issues and needs, providing necessary support.
