本職位負責公司進出口相關行政作業之規劃與執行,協助專案順利進行,並確保國際貿易流程合規、時效與成本最佳化。需熟悉報關、信用狀、國際物流及與供應商/報關行/船公司等單位之溝通協調,為公司跨國業務運作提供強力行政支援。
主要職責 | Key Responsibilities:
負責進出口報關文件準備與申報作業(包括Invoice、Packing List、B/L、CO等)
Prepare and file customs clearance documentation, including invoice, packing list, B/L, and certificate of origin.
協助信用狀(L/C)條文審核與押匯作業
Review and negotiate L/C terms; coordinate banking documents and negotiation processes.
與報關行、貨代、船務公司等協調出貨安排、進出口時程與異常處理
Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and carriers to arrange shipments and resolve delays or issues.
掌握各國貿易法規與進出口相關規範,確保合規執行
Stay updated on trade compliance regulations and ensure adherence to import/export requirements.
建立與維護進出口紀錄與報表,支援財務與稽核作業
Maintain accurate records and reports to support finance, auditing, and internal control needs.
支援國際採購與供應鏈團隊之行政溝通與文件處理
Provide administrative and documentation support to international procurement and supply chain teams.
