This position will be responsible for providing leadership in the area of CRM strategy, process and execution, advertising and all other marketing and promotion related functions. He/she will provide marketing planning and forecasting leadership and be responsible for the brand development of the business. He/she will be responsible for activity supporting all stages of sales, including customer acquisition, sales execution and retention. This individual should share responsibility for market share (along with sales management):
1.Advertising, Promotion & Event Marketing
●Drive integrated marketing campaigns that combine traditional media, digital platforms, and content marketing to reach targeted B2B audiences.
●Manage dealer brand visibility through industry trade shows, customer open houses, product demos, and experiential marketing (e.g., machine try-outs, technology showcases).
●Evaluate media mix effectiveness and ensure measurable ROI from advertising and promotional investments.
●Collaborate with Caterpillar regional teams to adapt global brand assets into localized campaigns for the Taiwan market.
2.Brand & Campaign Management
●Safeguard and enhance Caterpillar brand image in Taiwan, ensuring alignment with global brand standards while adapting to local market needs.
●Lead development of end-to-end marketing campaigns from strategy to execution, including content creation, lead capture, and performance tracking.
●Oversee creative development for all dealership signage, sales materials, and brand experiences.
3.Digital Marketing & Demand Generation
●Manage the corporate website (CapitalMachinery.com.tw), and all digital touchpoints, ensuring engaging content and seamless user journeys.
●Run search, social, email, and marketing automation campaigns to nurture leads and support sales funnel progression.
●Optimize SEO/SEM, retargeting, and digital analytics to increase visibility and inbound inquiries.
●Establish lead generation programs that capture prospect data, segment customers by industry and potential, and keep the sales team supplied with qualified opportunities.
4.Customer & Market Insights
●Champion the Voice of the Customer (VOC) by collecting and analyzing feedback from contractors, construction firms, and rental customers.
●Develop and execute customer satisfaction and retention programs, ensuring long-term loyalty and repeat business.
●Benchmark against competitors, track industry trends (construction, mining, rental, infrastructure projects), and identify new growth opportunities.
5.Sales Enablement & Data Management
●Partner with sales leaders to align marketing and sales strategies, ensuring consistent messaging across all customer touchpoints.
●Maintain and enrich customer and prospect databases, ensuring high-quality data for targeted marketing campaigns.
●Introduce data-driven reporting dashboards to measure campaign ROI, lead-to-opportunity conversion, and customer engagement.
●Support the effective use of CRM and marketing automation tools, ensuring adoption and measurable business impact.
6.Product & Innovation Support
●Support new product and technology introductions (e.g., 3D Grade Control, VisionLink, electrification solutions) with PR, content marketing, dealer events, and targeted campaigns.
●Partner with product teams to create go-to-market strategies for Caterpillar’s new solutions tailored to Taiwan customers.
