一、主要職責:
• 1. Responsible for wastewater treatment project management on site around Taiwan. 負責臺灣周邊地區的專案管理工作。
• 2. Supervise the site installation and construction progress of equipment/pipes/electrical controllers. Ensure the completion according to project schedule. 監督現場安裝和施工進度的設備/管道/電氣控制。根據專案進度確保完成任務。
• 3. Smooth and good communication skills with our local partners’ requirements; 與本地合作夥伴建立良好的溝通。
• 4. Supervise construction quality, participate in the inspection and acceptance of engineering materials and responsible for the safe and civilized construction site according to project contract, rules, regulations and the requirements of design drawings as well; 監督施工品質,參與工程材料的核對總和驗收,並根據工程合同、法規、設計圖紙的要求,負責施工現場的安全與文明實施。
• 5. Responsible for confirmation and audit related to engineering and technical aspects of the negotiations; 負責工程談判和技術方面的確認和審核。
• 6. Responsible for equipment/process commissioning and after sales support. 負責設備/工藝的調試和售後支持。
• 7. Responsible for the completion of the project acceptance, do a good job of project delivery, and timely information on the project filing; 負責專案驗收的完成,做好專案交付工作,及時提供專案檔案資訊。
• 8. Regularly report to Operation manager, complete the other tasks assigned by Operation manager. 定期向運營經理報告,完成運營經理分配的其他任務。
• 9. Base in Hsinchu, but projects around Taiwan.新竹辦公,全臺灣出差。
二、所需技能
• 1. Environmental Engineering ,Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management and other related college degree or above;環境工程、化學工程、電機工程、工程管理等相關學士學位以上。
• 2. More than mid-level engineers is preferred; 中級工程師為佳。
• 3. At least 8 years related work experience in wastewater treatment industry; be able to work independent responsible 至少有8-10年廢水處理行業工作經驗,能夠獨立工作。
• 4. Understand construction quality management system ,engineering inspection standards and inspection methods, equipment and pipe installation, etc.; testing means; familiar with Occupational safety and health act. 瞭解工程品質管理制度、工程檢驗標準和檢驗方法、設備及管道安裝等的檢測手段; 熟悉職業安全衛生法規。
• 5. Good organization and coordination ability, planning and execution ability, strong communication skills, cost consciousness, quality consciousness; to accept long-term assignments, work location with the project; 良好的組織協調能力,策劃執行能力強,溝通能力強,成本意識強,品質意識強; 能夠接受公司任務指派,工作地點在專案所在地。
