Job Duties
• Ensure that all documents are up do date and being followed.
• Develop procedures so that they are standardized; Manage the processes around documentation within the organization.
• Set up, copy, scan, store documents and create templates.
• Manage requests for documentation.
• File documents in physical and digital records and ensure appropriate storage.

What you will do:
1. This position is for tender engineer, part of a team of electrical engineers providing tender package for electrical equipment & systems such as MV & LV switchgear, transformer.
2. This person is also responsible to ensure that the solutions offered for a given opportunity ensures the successful project implementation, compliance to standards and achieves highest customer satisfaction.
3. This person should show initiative in animating the tender from early stage of bid preparation, customer negotiation until handover to project manager. The person also should have the ability to conduct effective communication from middle to senior level internal management.
4. This position works with the following key internal parties: Tender Manager, Sales and Account Managers, Business VPs, Finance Business Partners, Project Managers, Key Functional Leaders (i.e. Logistics Manager, SRM, Service Manager).
Primary Role
5. Liaising with opportunity leaders and account managers to understand the opportunity requirement/scope/needs for tender and properly identify equivalent Schneider solution offer.
6. Ensure RFQ compliance to internal policy and process requirements.
7. Coordinate with different factories for proper equipment/solution offering.
8. Perform detailed cost analysis based on target price and/or bid competitiveness and value proposition.
9. Secure tender approval issue approved tender to opportunity leader within SLA.
10. Manage bid clarifications and coordinate with different SME to ensure closing of clarification points on time.

Profile:
