【您將負責的工作範疇】:
1. 船務代理操作(Shipping Agency)
聯繫船東,協助外籍船舶在台靠泊作業,與港務局、海關及其他政府單位聯繫,
協助辦理入出港申請、報關、通關文件、貨物清點等行政程序,與船東、船長及
港區作業人員密切溝通,確保船舶順利作業
2. 項目物流操作(Project Logistics Operatiin)
跟進規劃大型貨物、風電設備等特殊貨物之運輸流程、風險評估與時程安排
執行提單審核、運輸保險、港區裝卸安排、人力資源配置
與業主、工程團隊、國內外倉儲及運輸商協作,確保各節點順暢
3. 租傭船操作(Chartering Operation)
與船東、租家、經紀人溝通租船細節(LOI、CP、NOR、SOF等)
協助簽訂及執行租船合約、裝卸條件、航次管理與現場支援
掌握航行進度、異常應變、費用結算與後續分析
4. 進出口文件繕打,處理相關文件、合約條款、貨損處理、撰寫並審核提單、運輸
計劃、風險評估與成本預算與保險事宜,確保作業符合國際海運條例、協助開發
新運輸方案與物流流程改善。
5. 落實安全管理,須定期檢查並確保所有作業區域符合安全標準,並確認所有參與
作業的人員皆已接受適當訓練並了解港區內的嚴格安全規定。確保各項任務能高
效率地執行,進而達成客戶與組織的營運目標。
6. 主管交辦事項。
【您需具備的關鍵技能】:
1. 大學以上學歷(航運、物流、國貿、相關科系尤佳)
2. 1年以上海運、船務、租船或專案物流經驗,中英文溝通佳,能應對國際書信與通話
熟悉港口作業與租船條款,有處理重型或特殊貨物經驗者尤佳
3. 抗壓性強、反應快、能獨立作業又能與多方協作
4. 熟悉Microsoft Office及常見商業應用軟體,熟悉HSE與ISO管理系統
5. 本職務需要與客戶、船東、港務局及供應商密切合作,必須擁有強烈的人際溝通能力、優異的書寫與簡報能力。
6. 熟悉與業務相關的法規要求與操作程序,須具備良好的數字能力,能在高壓情況下
迅速解決問題,並在緊迫的時間內完成任務。
【Your Responsibilities】:
1. Shipping Agency Operations
•Liaise with shipowners to assist foreign vessels in berthing operations at Taiwanese ports.
•Coordinate with port authorities, customs, and other government agencies to handle port entry/exit applications, customs clearance, cargo tallying, and other administrative procedures.
•Maintain close communication with shipowners, captains, and port operators to ensure smooth vessel operations.
2. Project Logistics Operations
•Oversee and plan transportation for oversized or specialized cargo, such as wind power equipment, including risk assessments and scheduling.
•Execute tasks including bill of lading review, cargo insurance, port loading/unloading arrangements, and manpower allocation.
•Collaborate with clients, engineering teams, domestic and international warehouses and carriers to ensure seamless logistics at each stage.
3. Chartering Operations
•Communicate with shipowners, charterers, and brokers regarding chartering details (e.g., LOI, CP, NOR, SOF).
•Assist in drafting and executing charter party agreements, loading/discharging terms, voyage management, and on-site support.
•Monitor voyage progress, respond to unexpected situations, handle cost settlements and post-voyage analysis.
4. Documentation and Contract Management
•Prepare and process import/export documents, contracts, damage claims, bills of lading, transport plans, risk assessments, cost estimates, and insurance matters.
•Ensure compliance with international maritime regulations and assist in developing new logistics solutions and improving workflow processes.
5. Safety Management
•Implement and enforce safety standards across all operational areas.
•Regularly inspect worksites and ensure that all personnel have received proper training and fully understand strict port safety regulations.
•Drive efficiency and operational excellence to meet customer and organizational performance goals.
6. Other Duties as Assigned by Supervisors
【Key Qualifications】:
•Bachelor’s degree or above in Shipping, Logistics, International Trade, or related fields is preferred.
•Minimum 1 year of experience in ocean freight, shipping agency, chartering, or project logistics.
•Proficient in both English and Chinese communication, including formal business correspondence and phone conversations.
•Familiar with port operations and chartering terms; experience with handling heavy or special cargo is a strong plus.
•Strong stress tolerance, quick response, able to work independently and collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office and common business software; knowledge of HSE and ISO management systems is a plus.
•Excellent interpersonal communication skills, strong writing and presentation abilities.
•Solid understanding of relevant legal regulations and operational procedures; strong numerical skills and problem-solving ability under pressure. Must be able to meet tight deadlines.
