Role and responsibilities
For our Global Operations Center in Taiwan we are searching for Supply Chain Professionals. You fulfill the demand of our customers for spare parts and tools for their maintenance activities on some of the most complex machines in the right quantity and at the right time & cost.
Time is of the essence to ensure a seamless production of our customers without interruptions on our machines.
-Handling of urgent material requests from worldwide customers in a rolling 24/7 shift system with the right customer focus, while meeting all milestones related to communication and execution
-Monitoring of worldwide shipments
-Ability to resolve complex issues and drive improvements to further optimize processes
-Ability to support escalations and provide communication proposals for review
-Constructive and reliable communication with worldwide stakeholders from all departments within ASML
-This position requires shift work.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in related subject i.e. Supply Chain Management, Information Science, Engineering etc. preferred
-Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in an international company, semiconductor industry is preferred
-A tactical thinker with strong interpersonal and communication skills
-Analytical thinking and ability to organize and prioritize workload

(1) 具數據與報表分析能力:

(4) 具handle ODM tier-1 account fulfillment 工作經驗尤佳。
(1) Data and reporting analysis skills:
Consolidate daily/weekly/monthly management reports for orders/materials/production/shipments. Proficient in basic tools such as Excel, Power BI, Power Query, and SAP.
(2) Demand management and supply coordination:
End-to-end management from order receipt to successful delivery to the customer, covering order intake, inventory management, order processing, and shipping. Coordinate across supply chain functions and communicate with customers to understand reasons for lead-time changes and potential risks, work with relevant factory departments on solutions, and ensure supply-demand balance to meet customer delivery targets.
(3) Customer meetings: Participate in weekly and ad-hoc meetings with customers to report material and production status and issues, and to discuss customer demand and other related requirements.
(4) Experience: Experience handling ODM Tier-1 account fulfillment is a strong plus.
1. Apply Ariba PR & PMMS STO/retrofit/write-off, and track the delivery schedule for RD samples.
2. Coordinate with PM & RD to store in and out the engineering samples from warehouse.
3. RD engineering sample shipping arrangement (Domestic/ Foreign)
4. Track and push EC to be completed.
5. Tracking manufacturing site s sample delivery to customers.
6. NPI Spot Buy request summarize.
7. NPI Aging inventory report summarize.
8. Maintain PjM team list ; manage PjM department assets & Admin tasks
1 In charge of sourcing computer Peripherals products, such as: Fingerprint/Touchpad/Keyset/Camera/Battery
2 Good at procurement strategies, vender management, cost saving and negotiations.
3 Managing ,sourcing and engaging reliable suppliers and vendors based on project requirements.
4 Drive RFQs and selection process through a cross functional analysis around supplier capabblities
5 Commercial negotiation with venders on contracts, terms and conditions and deadlines to secure advantageours terms.
6 Monitor and update relevant departments regarding price fluctuations of goods and vender pricing.
7 Performing risk assessments on cost trend and supply chain
1. Responsible for sourcing activities related to Active IC components.
2. Evaluate, select, and manage suppliers to ensure reliable supply and strong partnerships.
3. Lead price and contract term negotiations to achieve cost and value optimization.
4. Collect and analyze market intelligence to report on supply and demand trends.
5. Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., engineering, planning, sales) to prioritize supply plans based on business needs.
1. SCM Project Management– Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and internal function members for SCM system and process enablement, including process blueprint solutioning, critical process decision making, on-time execution, ROI assessment, resource allocation / prioritization.
2. SCM Process Definition & Standardization – Manage data integration projects based on business models; define and integrate core processes for order, logistics, and information flow, working with cross-functional teams (e.g., AM, CF, procurement, planning, logistics, IT) globally in HQ and manufacturing sites.
3. Digital Tools Development – Leverage Python, Power tools to create analytics, process automation, and visual dashboards; continuously explore and implement innovative digital solutions to enhance cross-functional collaboration and operational performance.
4. Data Governance - establishing, maintaining, and continuously improving the policies, practices, and frameworks that ensure high-quality, secure, and compliant data throughout the supply chain
