(1) Data and reporting analysis skills:
Consolidate daily/weekly/monthly management reports for orders/materials/production/shipments. Proficient in basic tools such as Excel, Power BI, Power Query, and SAP.
(2) Demand management and supply coordination:
End-to-end management from order receipt to successful delivery to the customer, covering order intake, inventory management, order processing, and shipping. Coordinate across supply chain functions and communicate with customers to understand reasons for lead-time changes and potential risks, work with relevant factory departments on solutions, and ensure supply-demand balance to meet customer delivery targets.
(3) Customer meetings: Participate in weekly and ad-hoc meetings with customers to report material and production status and issues, and to discuss customer demand and other related requirements.
(4) Experience: Experience handling ODM Tier-1 account fulfillment is a strong plus.
1.Identify issues or pain points, provide solution & system analysis, planning & discuss / review / optimize system & biz operation process with internal function members ( such as account management, customer fulfillment, sourcer / buyer, planner, logistic , IT) in HQ and manufacturing sites.
2.SCM system implementation / integration activities and standardize global operation processes across customer/ supplier and all sites.
3.Design and implement customized automation solutions using relevant software tools to help supply chain units enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
4.Collaborate with technical and IT teams to ensure the successful deployment and support of automation solutions.
5.Familiar with ERP & SCM system electronic data exchange, MSFT office /Power tools / Python SW tool is a must.
1. Apply Ariba PR & PMMS STO/retrofit/write-off, and track the delivery schedule for RD samples.
2. Coordinate with PM & RD to store in and out the engineering samples from warehouse.
3. RD engineering sample shipping arrangement (Domestic/ Foreign)
4. Track and push EC to be completed.
5. Tracking manufacturing site s sample delivery to customers.
6. NPI Spot Buy request summarize.
7. NPI Aging inventory report summarize.
8. Maintain PjM team list ; manage PjM department assets & Admin tasks

In addition, this procurement position is becoming more important in the current market situation. The scale of procurement is expected to continue to grow in the future, and human resources must be allocated to promote procurement activities.
1. Category management
- Responsible for management of suppliers in the allocated category
- Building relationships with suppliers and coordinating with related internal departments
2. Supplier commercial contact
- Procurement strategy planning
- Price negotiation with suppliers
- Selection of optimal suppliers through RFI/RFQ
- Negotiation to secure capacity (Management and issuance of long-term demand forecast, securing capacity allocation from suppliers)
- Lead contracts on commercial conditions with suppliers.

Preferred Skills & Knowledge:
· Bachelor's Degree in a related field required
· Above 3 years + of Experience in procurement in manufacturing companies is required
· Excellent verbal and written skills in English required.
· Good verbal and written skills in Japanese recommended.
· SAP knowledge is recommended
· Strong analytical skills using software
· Process oriented and structured in thinking and execution
· Experience in semiconductor industry
