Primary Function/Objective:
Ensure consistent sales achievement in the assigned territory by providing quality products and services. Develop technical and selling skills to meet customers’ needs and identify additional business opportunities while sustaining existing ones.

【Responsibilities】
The Receptionist & Admin Coordinator (AC) will provide administrative support to Taipei office.
Including but not limited to reception and guest services, mail services, phone, meeting rooms and office facility management.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Answer phone calls, take messages for staff members and manage the office telephone system
2. Receive customers and provide beverage services to clients and visitors.
3. Assist with document/package handling, such as prompt mail distribution to relevant departments, signing for couriers, and tracking packages.
4. Oversee office supplies and expenses, including procuring and maintaining office supplies (e.g., stationery and consumables), issuing purchase orders and processing payments for general office expenses
5. Update staff directory and assist new joiner onboarding.
6. Support with EHS related tasks in cooperation with office building.
7. Support corporate affairs team with logistics, admin and photos for company-wide activities.
8. Oversee office maintenance and supervise cleaning vendor to ensure a clean, orderly workplace, including carpet cleaning, pest control, and disinfection.
9. Oversee printing of business card, company letters/envelope, etc.
10. Assist with updating the IMT/CMT Notebook and have a good understanding of the company's EHS-related procedures.
11. Support with company fire safety tasks, such as training logistics and scheduling, equipment checks, updating the fire safety playbook, and other admin tasks assigned by line manager.
12. Administrative support and tasks assigned by line manager.
13. Comply with all relevant company policies, procedures and work practices.

1. Review and provide the technical recommendations for CMC documentation and Common Technical Document(CTD) dossier from a regulatory perspective.
2. Interpretation and Handling the regulatory technical query’s responses that were asked by Client and Authority during the due diligence or submission deficiency phase and provide the action plan or solution and scientific justification.
3. Responsible for evaluating the registration feasibility and mapping the global registration strategy for assigned new R&D products.
4. Cooperate and teamwork with R&D, technical, and RA PM on new R&D project technical challenges and complete the dossier till product approval.
5. Responsible for regulatory registration for export products and make sure all the documents are meet the authority's requirements.
6. Responsible for deficiency response preparation to ensure our response meets the authority’s requirements.
7. Accurately follow the update of the registration regulation, and provide the regulation update to the team and training.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop strong understanding of the relevant diseases and competitors' medicines(e.g. science and benefits) and effectively apply scientific knowledge in a patient-focus selling

2. Proficiency with data mining, mathematics, and statistical analysis
3. Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, SQL, and Power BI.
