What this job involves
The role of Facilities Coordinator will assist Facilities Manager/ Assistant Facilities Manager to run daily operations in terms of soft services, helpdesks, EHS/ COVID related support, fixed assets management, vendor & contract management, procurement & FIN processing, space management, project/ MAC/ initiatives support, management reports, and adhoc assignments whenever needed.
Major Responsibilities
-Proactively engage stakeholders to ensure that on site client’s expectations are met
-Maintain the office in neat and good working condition at all times
-Ensure all maintenance work orders are completed on time to a high standard
-Ensure that vendor procurement processes comply with agreed client procurement guidelines
-Actively working towards making sure financial processes are always being followed
-Ensuring that all working environments meet all requisite WH&S standard
Interested? An ideal candidate would need to have the following qualifications
-University Degree with strong interpersonal skills;
-Good at documentation, and MS software;
-Over 2 years’ experience in managing facilities preferred;
-Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese languages.
