CellMo is a fast-growing materials R&D company dedicated to developing breakthrough technologies in collaboration with international partners. Our team focuses on developing advanced applications of metal foams in structural applications. These include lightweight/high-strength composites, energy-absorbing/shock-damping components, acoustic filtering elements, EMI shielding, filtration materials, etc.
In this role, you will be at the forefront of designing and developing next-generation porous metal materials. You will help turn laboratory innovations into practical solutions across diverse industries.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop metal foams tailored to specific project requirements in thermal applications
2. Analyze experimental results and iterate designs to optimize product performance
3. Work cross-functionally to scale up lab technologies into full production processes
We're Looking For:
1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or a related field; hands-on R&D or process development experience is a plus
2. Passion for material innovation and willingness to explore new directions or refine existing approaches
3. Strong learning agility with the ability to quickly adapt to dynamic work environments
4. Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate efficiently across teams

1. Familiarize, evaluate, and prepare rack components for integration into sample or small-quantity projects.
2. Ensure smooth production by troubleshooting issues, including failure analysis of defective products and enhancement of testing methods.
3. Collaborate with Rack PMs on BOM creation, rack design, material prep, and SOP development during sample build projects.
4. Assist in developing test procedures and conducting new product testing and validation
5. Enhance the quality and reliability of rack systems and products.
6. Assist Rack PMs and Engineers in executing and verifying rack solutions.
7. Support customer integration requests, domestically and internationally
