●Responsible for project development from kick off to mass production to ensure project completion.

●Possess business acumen and understanding of OEM/ODM/JDM business model and key aspects of manufacturing operations.
●Accountable for meeting sales targets and organizational KPIs.
1. Business Development in new segment, new market to create more market share.
2. Maintain key accounts and deep dive in the big scale of business opportunities with customers to achieve sales target
3. Familiar with telematics or loT products and able to make the business proposal to convince customers for business win
4. Well communication and good presentation skill between customers and internal cross-department colleagues to get things done and goal oriented
5. Plan sales strategy from scratch and transfer to execution activities in domain area independently
6. Keep good customer relationship and finding new sales leads thru exhibitions and campaigns
7. Proactive mindset and accountability for problem solving
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve growth targets
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities in the industrial automation, transportation, medical and retail industries
- Create the sales channel (distribution/OEM/ODM) and maintain the client relationships
- Work with the marketing teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns targeting industrial customers
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape in the industrial PC industry
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in business development or sales in the industrial automation, manufacturing, retailing or transportation industries for US market
- Familiar with the industrial PC industry and PC hardware is plus
Region: North America
1. Reply RFQ and RFP. Provide the quotation to customer.
2. Work and monitor with internal team for NPI project and follow up with customers to manage risks.
3. Monitor PO, forecast and communicate with customers if there is any abnormal demand.
4. Maintain and solve problems for ongoing projects.
5. Work with RD, Sourcer and PM for cost reduction programs and review GP on a monthly basis.
