We are seeking a Senior Analytical Chemist to join our Specialty Gas Global Analytical Technology team at our Kaohsiung, Taiwan site. In this role, you will implement and maintain in-line analytical systems at our Specialty Gas facilities. This role requires close collaboration with Operations, Quality, Engineering, Process Safety, and external vendors/contractors to ensure the smooth operation of automated analytical systems in Specialty Gas production facilities. The position will be located at the Jade Park site in Kaohsiung, Taiwan, while also supporting additional production sites in Taiwan and Malaysia. Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a multi-regional, multi-cultural environment across various time zones are essential. Your Role: ．Provide advanced troubleshooting support for in-line analytical instrumentation at manufacturing sites in Taiwan and external supplier sites in Malaysia to ensure stable plant operations. ．Develop and validate analytical methods using GC, FTIR, CRDS and/or ICP-MS to meet customer specifications. ．Participate in quality and business support investigations by designing experiments and producing customer facing documents. ．Support the design, fabrication, implementation, and commissioning of new automated analytical systems. ．Utilize best safety practices and promote a culture of safety within the laboratory. ．Occasional travel (10%) may be required. Who You Are: Basic Requirements: ．B.S. in analytical chemistry, chemical engineering, or a closely related scientific discipline. ．2+ years of experience with any of the following techniques: GC (Gas Chromatography), FTIR (Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy), and/or ICP-MS (Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry). ．Fluent in English ．Strong verbal and communication skills and ability to successfully collaborate in a global matrix organization. ．Willingness to work across time zones. ．Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a diverse team. 本廠生產供電子廠用為高純度氨氣(NH3)的自動生產純化製造,主要供應對象: 半導廠/面板廠/LED廠。 工作內容：中控室電腦監控，現場設備操作及巡檢, 充填鋼瓶。需要輪班,四班三輪(8小時制)。做六休二後轉換班別。 早班08:00～16:00 中班16:00～24:00 晚班00:00～08:00 *本廠非常注重安全，製程因是自動化設備操作，所以在每階段都有防止洩漏的控制對應。洩漏檢知與防護訓練是基本的，運作多年以來，皆為零災害零事故，並以人員的安全第一為目標。 *若無相關證照者，錄取後會安排參訓。

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: • Facilitate the development of CMPT process applications and technology to fulfill the emerging needs in semiconductor fabrication. • Own the role of maximizing the performance merits of CMPT products through application engineering to achieve the desired business goals with well understanding of CMPT existing and emerging product portfolio. • In partnership with marketing, sales, and field service team for CMPT product/technology introductions and real-time technical discussion with customers for troubleshooting during engagement process. • Capable of driving for excellence in providing precise and efficient application expertise to support engagements and facilitate the development of new methodology and metrology at internal lab to enhance the overall capability. • Own the technical training and sharing to internal organizations to demonstrate product stewardship and provide technical insights to internal stakeholders. QUALIFICATIONS: • Master's degree or above in Engineering or science related. • Minimal 3 years' experience in semiconductor related CMP applications. • Fluent language skill in English to provide effective communications across the board. • Demonstrated ability in interpersonal skill and self-motivated capability to work independently. • Good oriental and prioritizing skill in project management with sense of urgency to meet the commitments. • Ability to handle difficult and stressful situations with professionalism. • Knowledge of experiment design and data analysis using six-sigma concept is a plus. • Frequent Travel within Taiwan and APR region is expected.
