【工作內容】餐飲主管
• Welcome the guests at the entrance and lead them to their table
• Ability to create and articulate the menu to the guests
• Host and engage the guests while serving food and beverages
• Assist with the decanting of the wine and provide wine services
• Process the food orders and operate a cash register; replenish stocks, polish cutlery and complete other assigned tasks
• Interact with guests; provide a warm and memorable guest experience, ensure all guests receive prompt and excellent standards of service
【工作內容】資深飯店前台
• Perform check-in and check-out for hotel guests in the most professional and efficient manner to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction
• Initiate and maintain effective coordination and communication within the Front Office and other departments, especially Housekeeping, to ensure seamless experiences for all guests
• Perform room controlling duties in accordance to forecasted occupancy, VIP stays, group check ins, special requests
• Ensure the Front Office team operates with a sales attitude and all Team Members are aware of the resorts-wide sales opportunities
• Maintain the confidentiality of all guests and business practices of the Resort

Job Description
1. Comprehensive Project Management
Manage end-to-end project execution—from order confirmation to delivery—ensuring timelines, cost control, resource allocation, and quality are met.
2. Client Communication & Stakeholder Management
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, delivering real-time updates and ensuring strong relationships built on trust and transparency.
3. Engineering Changes & Issue Resolution
Proactively coordinate internal and external teams to address design or schedule changes without affecting final delivery.
4. Simultaneous Project Management
Manage multiple overseas projects concurrently. Collaborate closely with sales, technical, and R&D teams to ensure both pre-sales and post-sales support.
5. Vendor & Outsourcing Oversight
Monitor the performance of suppliers, equipment vendors, and outsourcing partners to ensure all deliverables meet corporate standards.
6. Risk Management & Contingency Planning
Identify potential project risks, prepare mitigation plans, and ensure smooth execution throughout the project life cycle.
We Are Looking for Someone Who:
1. Has 5+ years of experience in project management, ideally in engineering, automation, or system integration fields
2. Is proficient in scheduling, risk control, engineering change management, and cross-functional collaboration
3. Possesses excellent communication and coordination skills to manage internal teams and external vendors
4. Can effectively handle client requirement changes and provide agile, practical solutions
5. Has an engineering background (mechanical, electrical, automation, or related fields)
6. Holds PMP or equivalent project management certifications (preferred)
7. Is open to full-time assignment in Malaysia

Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition – Group Level (50%)
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for group-level positions, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure alignment with talent needs.
• Enhance candidate experience through timely communication and efficient process management.
• Support employer branding initiatives and promote Apache Footwear Group as an employer of choice.
• Maintain candidate databases and ensure accurate tracking of recruitment metrics.
• Assist in the preparation of employment contracts and offer letters.
2. Executive Support to CHRO (35%)
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CHRO, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, materials, and minutes; track action items and follow-ups.
• Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and communications for senior leadership.
• Support the CHRO in tracking strategic HR initiatives and stakeholder engagements.
• Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
3. HR Operations – Singapore Office (15%)
• Support daily HR operations, including maintenance of employee records, benefits administration, and compliance with local regulations.
• Liaise with external vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of HR services.
• Assist with payroll preparation and related documentation as required.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition, HR operations, or executive support.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HRIS or applicant tracking systems is a plus.
• High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
• Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable to changing business needs.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident(SC or PR).
