-Actively coordinate with other departments and facilitate communication in among a few multicultural project teams.
- Maintain contact with the Employers and Subcontractors. (meetings, emails, clarification, and reporting.)
- Follow up actions within the project scope with all internal and external stakeholders.
- Collect all previous lessons learned and experience from the past, and implement in the current project.
-Support each functional department for project issues, including HSE, quality, welding, coating, production, engineering, and so on.
-Manage, maintain, track, and optimize the project documentation.
-Translate internal and external documents.
-Make sure the project execution is in compliance with the Employer's Requirement.
- Administration works in Project Management Department.
