- Assist BM to achieve boutique sales targets and deliver personal sales performance (HJ & non-HJ).
協助店經理達成專櫃銷售目標並完成個人銷售績效(含HJ與non-HJ品項)。
2. Staff Management 人員管理
- Support BM in staff management and training (product knowledge, sales techniques, service) to achieve sales objectives.
協助店經理進行人員管理與培訓,如產品知識、銷售技巧、服務等以達成銷售目標。
- Support talent development & succession planning, and maintain effective staff communication.
支援人才發展與接班人計畫,並維持有效的內部溝通。
3. Inventory Management 庫存管理
- Assist BM in stock management.
協助店經理進行庫存管理。
4. Visual Merchandising & Store Maintenance 視覺陳列與店務維護
- Execute brand VM guidelines, refresh window & interior displays to attract customers.
執行品牌視覺陳列規範,及時更換櫥窗與店內陳列以吸引顧客。
5. Administrative Management 行政管理
- Assist BM with store administration (billing, reconciliation, reports, cash management).
協助處理店務行政事務(帳務、對帳、報表與現金管理)。
6. CRM 顧客關係管理
- Support the team to build and maintain key customer relationships, driving repeat business and loyalty.
協助團隊建立並維護重要客戶關係,推動回購與客戶忠誠度。
- Coordinate in-store and promotional events with Marketing team.
與行銷團隊合作,規劃及執行店內與促銷活動。
