- Meet assigned strategic account OI and sales quota.
- Represent the whole spectrum of the business’s products and services to assigned accounts.
- Engage, expand and maintain relationships with relationships with assigned accounts.
- Secure and renew orders and arrange delivery.
- Manage and close sales opportunities discovered as a result of account initiatives through collaborations with internal and external resources.
- Work with Application Engineering team / channel partners to assist customers to solve product technical issues.

1. Product & Platform Management
• Monitor pricing feeds and anomalies from liquidity providers to ensure stable, accurate, and real-time quotes on the platform.
• Support the planning and optimization of trading rules, product documentation, and risk control logic to enhance product competitiveness.
2. Trading Operations & System Monitoring
• Conduct daily monitoring of trading system operations and regularly review trading parameters.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve order issues, pricing errors, and client trade-related inquiries.
3. Data & Performance Analysis
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly trading and operational reports.
• Analyze user trading behavior and product performance to provide actionable optimization recommendations.
• Assist finance and risk teams in conducting operational risk assessments and data validation.
4. Cross-Department Collaboration & Project Management
• Work with marketing and sales teams to drive product launches and promotional initiatives.
• Support compliance and legal teams in product specification adjustments and regulatory alignment.
• Act as a knowledge bridge for product and trading operations, offering internal training and operational support.
5. Client & Frontline Support
• Respond to professional inquiries regarding product specifications, trade discrepancies, and leverage rules.
• Assist frontline teams in handling trading-related needs of VIP or high-net-worth clients to enhance the overall client experience.
〔Probation period〕
• This position has a three-month probation period.
• After passing the evaluation, the salary will be adjusted with an increase of 5%-8% based on individual performance.
• Maintain and update client databases and CRM systems.
• Assist senior sales development team members in outreach, follow-ups, and preparing presentations and proposals tailored to SSD customers.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, potential clients, and competitive landscape specific to enterprise SSDs and RDIMMs.
• Help analyze customer demand and market segmentation to support server memory and SSD product forecasts and sales strategies.
• Support the qualification, development, and management of a sales pipeline to help achieve quarterly and annual goals.
• Support field sales and marketing teams to align business development strategies with product offerings in the Enterprise, Hyperscale, Datacenter, and Cloud markets.
• Learn and understand ADATA’s Enterprise product portfolio to effectively support promotion efforts tailored to each customer’s requirements.
• Demonstrate strong ethics, integrity, and a passion for learning and succeeding in a dynamic environment.
• Show initiative and creativity, with good presentation, written, and communication skills.
