工作職責
1.全面負責多平台廣告投放(TikTok、Meta、Google 等),制定與執行廣告策略,確保達成 KPI 與 ROI 目標。
2.帶領與指導廣告投放團隊,協助提升成效與專業能力。
3.深入分析廣告數據,制定優化計畫,並輸出專業報告提供決策依據。
4.規劃並控管廣告預算,進行跨平台投放比例與成本結構優化。
5.與設計、文案、行銷團隊合作,規劃創意素材與廣告信息,提升轉化效率。
6.追蹤市場動態與競品投放趨勢,提出創新策略。
7.定期向管理層報告廣告績效與未來規劃。

•曾主導高額廣告預算(如月投放額超過百萬台幣或等值)。
•曾操作美容保養、小家電或快速消費品廣告項目。
•具備英文或東南亞市場語言能力(泰文、印尼文、越南文等)。
Responsibilities

2.Supervise and mentor the media buying team, improving performance and expertise.
3.Perform in-depth data analysis, develop optimization strategies, and deliver actionable reports for decision-making.
4.Plan and manage advertising budgets, optimize cross-platform allocations and cost structures.
5.Collaborate with creative, copywriting, and marketing teams to design ad creatives and messages that maximize conversions.
6.Monitor market trends and competitor strategies, and propose innovative approaches.
7.Report campaign performance and strategic planning regularly to senior management.
Nice to Have
•Proven track record of managing large ad budgets (e.g., monthly spending exceeding 1M TWD or equivalent).
•Experience in beauty, personal care, small home appliances, or FMCG advertising.
•Fluency in English or Southeast Asian languages (Thai, Indonesian, Vietnamese, etc.).
