Role Summary The Logistics Specialist is responsible for coordinating, monitoring, and optimizing the movement of goods from suppliers up to delivery. This role ensures timely delivery, accurate documentation, cost efficiency, and compliance with regulations. Responsibilities 1. Transportation & Distribution Management - Plan, coordinate, and track inbound and outbound shipments arrangement. - Liaise with contract manufacturing, freight forwarders, and trucking service providers. - Monitor pick up and delivery schedules. 2. Inventory & Warehouse Coordination - Coordinate with warehouse teams for stock receiving and shipping status. - Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliations. 3. Documentation & Compliance - Prepare and verify shipping documentation (B/L, invoices, packing lists). - Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and internal policies. - Documentation collection 4. Communication & Problem-Solving - Act as a liaison between suppliers, warehouses, and customers to resolve shipment issues. - Track and report key logistics KPIs (lead times, freight costs, on-time delivery). 5. Order & System Administration - Record and update PO transactions in the ERP system. Qualifications & Skills - Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field (or equivalent experience). - 2–5 years of logistics, transportation, or supply chain experience. - Knowledge of international shipping, Incoterms, and customs regulations. - Proficiency in logistics software (especially Netsuite). - Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Preferred Qualifications - Experience in both domestic and international logistics. - Data analysis skills for cost and performance tracking. - Certification in logistics or supply chain is a plus. 【職務工作內容】 負責所有門市鍍膜與美容用品、消耗性材料及設備耗材的 集中倉儲管理，整合各店需求、優化補貨流程、建立標準化請採購機制，確保物料供應穩定、庫存透明，支持各店高效營運。 1. 建立並維護中央倉庫管理制度，負責所有物料進出貨規範。 2. 定期盤點並生成庫存報表，確保帳實相符。 3. 設計各品項的 最低安全庫存量與預警機制，避免缺貨或積壓 5. 倉庫維護：維持倉儲區域整潔與安全，打造良好作業環境。 6. 跨部門支援：協助其他倉儲與物流相關事務，提升整體運作效率。 7. 主管交辦事項：配合主管執行臨時性工作與專案需求。

Responsibility: • Be accountable for on time delivery (OTD), manufacture lead time and cost of PCB, Substrate, Assembly and Components, manage project cost/lead time in a timely manner for HW business decision. • Negotiate with supplier on the project cost reduction on YOY basis to achieve project cost target • Plan and maintain project key milestone, monitor supplier production status on a daily basis, Escalation in case of project risk on quality, OTD and cost, define shots on goal action plan once OTD risk is exposed. • Regularly update project status to stakeholders, and make OTD projection to project team • Manage logistics plan for each project (shipment, custom clearance support). • Work with regional HW team, sales to provide suppliers with the volume forecast and therefore make material planning beforehand. • Maintain project data in OPS shared folder, dashboard, system , including supplier quotes, technical files, key milestone, P-card transaction records and credit notes log. • Update supplier scorecard, support line manager for QBR preparation. • Standard parts consolidation and warehouse inventory management. • Drive supplier operation excellence by defining mid-term, long-term goals together with SQE to improve supplier overall capability.

Cooperate with the friend's plant to allocate the cylinders and maintain an efficient cylinder turnover rate. 4. Finished goods inspection before shipping to the customer to ensure cylinder quality and meet customer demand. 5. The appearance of the full cylinders is cleaned and packaged before outgoing. 6. Unload process of imported cylinders. 7. Load process of return residual cylinders. 8. Preparation of residual cylinders before moving into production. 9. Other duties assigned by the supervisor.
