【Job Responsibilities】
• Oversee daily office operations for a team of approximately 20–25 employees, ensuring a smooth and efficient workplace environment.
• Manage travel arrangements, including flight and hotel bookings for both local and overseas employees, as well as coordinating company trips and events.
• Handle office supply procurement, including stationery, snacks, beverages, and meal orders, while maintaining cost efficiency and vendor relationships.
• Ensure proper maintenance of office facilities and equipment, coordinating with service providers as needed.
• Organize and support annual company events, such as company trips and team-building activities.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all administrative matters, providing proactive solutions and ensuring seamless support for the team.
【Qualification】
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability, with the ability to work independently and solve problems effectively.
• Minimum of 3-5+ years of relevant work experience in office administration, operations, or a similar role.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Fluent English proficiency (both spoken and written) is required; additional language skills are a plus.
• Proven ability to manage vendors, coordinate logistics, and support a diverse workforce in a fast-paced, international environment.
