■Job Summary
We are looking for a results-oriented and strategic Marketing Assistant Manager/ Manager to support the planning and execution of high-impact campaigns, while taking ownership of media buying strategy and performance. In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring integrated marketing plans to life, ensuring that every campaign reaches the right audience with measurable results.
■Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage integrated media buy planning and execution across digital and traditional channels.
- Track and analyze media performance and optimize for KPIs.
- Partner with internal agencies to ensure smooth execution of media strategies.
- Participate in campaign strategy development, from concept to rollout, for national massive campaign launches, new product campaigns, EC digital campaigns, etc.
- Collaborate within marketing and with other departments to align messaging across all marketing touchpoints.
- Deliver post-campaign analysis and key learnings to continuously enhance media effectiveness and campaign performance.
■Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant experience in marketing, with solid media buying and campaign planning background.
- Familiar with GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, etc.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategy.
- Familiarity with 360° marketing campaign planning, from branding to performance.
- Excellent cross-functional communication and project management skills.
- Experience working with creative teams, agencies, and media partners.
- Good at English/Japanese is a plus, and is able to communicate with Japan HQ and worldwide teams.
