【Position Overview】
We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Tactical Supply Manager to oversee our Taiwan & South East Asia supply base and ensure seamless, cost-effective, and supply chain operations.
This role requires a strategic mindset, strong business acumen, and the ability to lead cross-functional projects in a dynamic, multicultural environment. You will play a critical role in driving supplier performance, enhancing productivity, and enabling business growth.

【Qualifications】
• Education: Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Material Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
• Experience: Minimum 3+ years in supply chain, procurement, or supplier management, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Language Skills: Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese; proficiency in Taiwanese is a plus.

1. Perform sourcing for fasteners, fabricated parts and raw materials from Taiwan suppliers that meet quality standard and provide competitive bid to customers.
2. Establish partnerships with existing and potential suppliers to achieve agreed quality, price, and delivery target for goods.
3. Perform negotiation, specification and contract review, supplier audit, review of project status and supplier feedback for assigned sourcing project.
4. Provide technical support and related communication between suppliers and customers.
5. Follow up on RFQ and getting quotation from suppliers.
6. Involve in supplier audit, visit and new supplier development program.
7. Manage inventory levels with planning function through timely release of purchase order and close monitoring of delivery.
8. Expediting and effective supplier communication during project handover period.
9. Maintain clear and effective supplier development procedures through reviews and revisions to ISO and Trade Compliance requirements.
10. Research and qualification of new suppliers for sourcing.
11. Negotiation regarding the price, delivery, payment term and other contractual review.
12. Monitoring and reporting of suppliers’ performance.
13. Managing supplier continuous quality improvement activities.
14. Drive proactive market research and supplier benchmark study to allow growth in Taiwan sourcing operations.

Skills and experience
-Experience in field service activities also familiar product knowledge.
-Experience of working with Computers with specific knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
-Good command of both written and spoken English is an advantage.
-Understanding of engineering drawings, both electrical and mechanical, and schematic layouts is essential.
-Working in the areas of electro-mechanical assembly and fitting, electrical/PLC controls and electronics will be required.
