Introduction:
• We are looking for talented candidate who is experienced in working with people from multi-discipline engineering sector to deal with product issue that take place during a full product life cycle.
• You will become team member of DSC product engineering team, your responsibility is to demonstrate your engineering knowledge to interpret request into task package and cowork with design engineers to come up with plans to resolve any requirements for product sustaining.
• You will be working in an international working environment. We expect the candidate is fluent in English, with mature communication and teamwork skill for better efficiency.
• This position will have a chance to take over the role as team lead of product engineering depends on his/she's leadership.
Mission:
• You will be cooperating with engineering team to perform trouble shooting, technical support and process improvements to secure production output and product quality as 1st line representative.
• Demonstrate your leadership and expertise to define and distribute working package with efficient communication skill. Come up with delivery schedule of solutions by cooperate with design engineers for issues and request escalated by any production activity.
• You'll be the representative for engineering team to join the meeting with external stakeholders to clarify, summarize the request and interpret into preliminary action plan for design engineer.
• You will be involved in CIP, NPI, PCN project for delivering new solutions and feature. Take the responsibility to draft and publish technical document to relevant stakeholders.
• Strong mindset and experience of risk assessment, cost evaluation and cross function cooperation.
Minimum qualification:
• Possess strong sense of PLM (Product life cycle management) with knowledge of
ERP - Enterprise resource planning
PDM - Product Data Management
DIR - Document information record
PCN - Product change notification
ECR - Engineering change request
• Good concept of the construction of technical document for PCN and instruction of installation.
• Experience of being involved in a product manufacturing cycle. Familiar with way of work of procurement and production control.
• Expertise in Microsoft office or relevant application for managing project or working package.
• Fluent in English listening, speaking and writing.
• More than 3 years working experience.
This role includes hands-on testing, coordination with internal stakeholders, and ensuring measurement processes are reliable and well-documented.

Main Responsibilities and Tasks
1. Test Planning and Execution
• Plan, set up, and perform measurements and tests to evaluate functionality and performance.
• Analyze data, draw conclusions, and write structured test reports.
• Define suitable testing strategies based on product requirements.
• Choose appropriate test methods, tools, or external partners if needed.
2. Communication and Consultation
• Provide advice to internal departments (engineering, production, product management) on how to measure product requirements.
• Discuss test results with requesters and stakeholders.
• Clarify testing needs and document consultation results, even when no measurement is required.
• Documentation (Provide transparent reporting to stakeholders, i.e. Module Experts and System Architects)
3. Test Equipment Management
• Monitor the calibration status of test equipment used for customer- or authority-relevant measurements.
• Future, after on-the-job training and first successfully completed testing tasks: create and maintain short usage guides or quick-start manuals.
• Track location of measurement devices using a centralized system (e.g., wiki-based inventory).
Summary:
The position is accountable for the implementation strategies for growing profitable sales in assigned markets and customers in line with corporate goals. The job requires to work from SUSS office in Hsinchu with frequent trips to customers. Day-to-day support to a particular sales account as primary point of contact between customer and SUSS is expected to guarantee excellent relationship to customer. Good communication with SUSS counterparts and customers is essential for reaching the objectives of this job successfully.
Tasks:
- Maintain good communication and contact to customer in Taiwan
- Formulate, communicate, implement and evaluate strategies and tactical sales plans to win orders
- Continually learning new products and processes; will be required to attend training events throughout the year and will be expected to participate in self-paced tutorial learning when appropriate
- Attending and participating in sales meetings, product seminars and trade shows
- Being well informed about current industry trends and being able to talk intelligently about the semiconductor industry as a whole with an emphasis on semiconductor equipment
- Maintaining accounts receivables in compliance with objectives (i.e. follow up with open payments)
- Preparing written presentations, reports and price quotations
- Contract/tool negotiations
1. >2 years and above in fab environment. With experience in Defect Inspection or Metrology setup is preferrable.
2. Experience or knowledge for the applications below is a must.
- AOI and metrology
- Mid/Backend advance packaging process
- Inspection and metrology recipe fine tuning
3. English read/speak/writing capability is necessary.
4. HW trouble shooting experience.

• Estimated travel is 20% once trained in the classroom as part of on-the-job training program. In this role you'll be joining the Global Service Group at Nova. We provide service to a large-scale install base, at leading semiconductor manufacturers worldwide.
Responsible for training, installing, and supporting all Nova products at customer sites worldwide.

What you will be doing
• Implement the Customer Support Policy for the OEM End User. Supervise, maintain, and support company systems in the field.
• Support OEM partners, and End Users internal service as defined under warranty and service support agreements.
• Maintain, support, and guide proper training to all users, including OEM and End User personnel. (Training will be provided, in most cases, by an engineer dedicated to training).
• Maintain proper reporting methods for all activities of customer support as defined by the Territory Service Manager/Customer Support Manager.
• Maintain company’s parts inventory under the position’s control. Maintain proper level of stock in accordance with company spare parts tock policy, as set from time to time.
• Assist in new equipment integration, “add-ons,” and upgrades.
• Provide feedback to the headquarters based on experience gained with customers.
• Support the customer beyond the defined working schedule as required.
