1. Establish, implement, and maintain quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) for electronic chemical products
2. Handle quality incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions (OCAP)
3. Collaborate with R&D, production, and sales teams to improve overall quality performance
4. Manage customer audits and respond to third-party inspections
5. Monitor and improve raw materials, in-process, and finished goods quality
6. Group-wide Implementation of Statistical Process Control (SPC)
