Customer Engagement & Support
•Serve as the primary technical contact for customers evaluating and deploying cooling hardware.
•Support sales teams with technical presentations, solution proposals, and design-in consultations.
•Translate customer requirements into actionable feedback for engineering teams in Asia.
Collaboration with Global Engineering
•Work closely with mechanical and thermal engineers in Asia on product customization, validation, and troubleshooting.
•Communicate customer feedback, feature requests, and field issues to R&D teams for continuous improvement.
•Participate in joint technical reviews and coordinate time-zone–sensitive communications between customers and Asia engineering.
Technical Expertise in Thermal Management
•Guide customers through selection, design, and integration of cooling hardware (e.g., cold plates, liquid cooling loops, heat exchangers, manifolds, pumps).
•Provide thermal simulations, design reviews, and best-practice recommendations for efficient cooling.
•Support validation testing and ensure solutions meet customer reliability requirements.
Pre-Sales & Design-In Activities
•Drive design wins by supporting customers in concept evaluation, prototype testing, and qualification phases.
•Provide technical training and workshops for customers and channel partners.
•Develop customer-facing technical documentation (datasheets, application notes, integration guides).
Post-Sales & Troubleshooting
•Support deployments and system validation at customer sites.
•Troubleshoot thermal, mechanical, or integration issues and escalate as needed to Asia engineering.
•Ensure smooth product ramp-up and provide ongoing technical support.
