60% Event Administrative support
• Provide administrative support in associate with education events (design meeting invitation, set up registration link, event request forms, speaker request form, prepare pre- and post-event documents and reports)
• Plan and coordinate logistics for events (flight and accommodation booking, venue decoration..etc.)
• Ensure payments to vendors are made on-time
• Vendor & contract management
• Work with APAC teams to streamline internal paperwork process
Support medical education events on-sites
Ensure Legal & Compliance guidelines are met for the department
• Incorporate regular communication with Legal & Compliance to understand present and changing parameters.
• Be the gatekeeper to ensure all arrangement have met the compliance guideline
30% Digital education platforms management
• Maintain and improve corporate online education platforms (website & APP) contents for Taiwan
• ZBI LINE Official account members & communication management
• Implements new vehicles for communication in response to technological advancement (VR/AR)
• Promote and drive user adoption rate for the online training platforms
• Online event announcements and promotions
• Coordinate with Taiwan and oversea counterparts to ensure the digital platforms contents are the most relevant to customers
• Be aware of and ensure company branding and ZBI specific branding is adhered to and met
10% Fellowship
• Assists the success of Taiwan fellowship applications
• Communicate with APAC team and US hospitals for the education needs and travel arrangements of the fellowship program

Key Responsibilities
• Assist in planning and managing content for the TrueWatch brand’s social media channels (Threads, Instagram, Facebook), including idea generation, copywriting, scheduling, and engagement.
• Monitor industry trends and social culture, and propose market-relevant content ideas or interactive campaigns.
• Track the performance of social media posts, compile insights, and provide optimization suggestions.
• Collaborate with design, marketing, and other teams to plan creative assets and integrate content.
• Optionally support other marketing projects depending on interest and workload.
Qualifications
• Available at least 3–4 days per week for the internship (4 days preferred), on-site.
• Prior experience in social media management is a plus (please include a marketing portfolio when applying).
• Proactive, independent, and good at time management; open to potential full-time
conversion is a plus.
• Ability to plan content with a basic strategic mindset, hands-on execution, and iterative improvement.
• Sensitive to social media trends, with the creativity to adapt ideas within the brand’s tone of voice.
• Experience in school clubs, events, or projects is a plus; leadership or organizational skills are an advantage.

• 協助追蹤社群貼文成效,整理洞察與優化建議
• 與設計、行銷與其他部門同仁協作,參與素材規劃與內容整合
• 若對其他行銷執行有興趣,可視實際工作狀況討論是否協助其餘行銷專案推動
資格條件
• 一週可配合實習至少三~四天(四天尤佳),需進辦公室
• 具社群經營經驗者佳(請於投遞履歷時附上行銷作品集)
• 積極主動,具備獨立作業與時間管理能力,對轉正有意願者尤佳
• 具備內容企劃與基礎策略思維,樂於動手執行與反覆優化
• 對社群趨勢敏感,樂於在品牌語調中找到創意發揮空間
• 具備校內社團、活動、專案等合作經驗者佳,若有帶領/組織能力更加分
