About The Team
At Deloitte Taiwan, our Talent professionals drive the firm’s people strategy, create a unique people experience, and work closely with the business to drive success in the marketplace. As our business and team expand, we are seeking talented Recruiters to join our Talent team. This role will support both experienced and campus recruitment, ensuring a comprehensive approach to the candidate experience and journey.
As a Campus Recruiter, you will serve as a key member of our Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence (CoE), specializing in designing and executing a best-in-class campus recruitment framework that attracts, engages, and hires talents.
Work You'll Do
Stakeholder Management
-Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, career centers, and external partners
-Collaborate closely with hiring teams to understand business needs and provide regular progress updates and insights to support hiring decisions
Strategy & Planning
-Develop and execute a scalable early talent strategy aligned with business and workforce planning needs.
-Conduct market research on campus trends and competitor benchmarking to inform strategy.
-Identify and implement process improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency and effectiveness
Program Execution
-Plan and execute recruitment-related events to strengthen the employer brand and attract talent
-Manage the end-to-end campus recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to extending offers
-Implement effective project management practices to ensure timely and successful execution of recruitment initiatives
Employer Branding & Engagement
-Develop and implement targeted employer branding strategies for campus audiences
-Plan and host workshops, campus recruitment events, and other public engagements to attract and interact with potential candidates.
-Collaborate with Marketing and Communications to create compelling recruitment materials and digital content
Data & Insights
-Track and analyze key performance indicators and recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, offer-to-acceptance ratio, and intern-to-hire conversion.
-Provide actionable insights and post-campaign analysis to improve future programs.
-Maintain up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and campus CRM tools.
As an Accounting Associate, you will play a key role in managing daily accounting activities and ensuring the accurate and timely processing of financial transactions. Your responsibilities will include the precise entry and reconciliation of financial data, supporting our clients’ financial operations with a strong commitment to compliance, accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
【Daily Accounting Operations】
• Record daily accounting entries, including vendor and customer invoices, and expense reports with accuracy and efficiency.
• Ensure proper classification and organization of transactions to maintain comprehensive and transparent financial records.
【Cash Management】
• Monitor and manage clients’ bank balances, ensuring optimal cash flow and utilization.
• Proactively report on cash status and identify potential areas for improvement.
【Financial Reporting and Reconciliation】
• Prepare monthly financial reports and schedules, ensuring timely and accurate book closure.
• Conduct detailed reconciliations of Balance Sheet and Profit & Lost (P&L) accounts, verifying data completeness and reliability.
• Provide insightful analysis that guides client decision-making.
【Compliance and Tax Preparation】
• Prepare and file form 1099 NEC/MISC and Form 1042 statements, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Stay informed about tax laws and regulations, proactively addressing any changes that may impact client reporting.
【Advisory and Analytical Support】
• Assist in financial consulting projects, such as budget preparations and financial analyses.
• Help clients track performance and adjust forecasts based on actionable insights.
【Client and Vendor Relations】

■Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and strategic Finance Manager to lead our finance operations. This role requires strong financial and analytical expertise, leadership capability, and experience in managing banking relationships and cross-border transactions. The Finance Manager will play a key role in driving financial performance, ensuring compliance, and supporting business decision-making.
■Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of financial statements, packages, and regional submissions.
- Partner with the regional finance team to drive standardization, implement corporate policies, and enhance financial systems and workflows.
- Manage working capital and capital expenditure planning; perform cash flow forecasting and provide strategic insights to optimize financial performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with business objectives and improve overall operational efficiency.
- Manage internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee tax reporting and compliance in accordance with local regulations.
- Supervise online banking transactions, including FX and international payments, and maintain strong relationships with banking partners.
- Lead or contribute to finance-related projects and support team development and process improvements.
■Qualifications
- Prior experience at one of the Big 4 accounting firms is required.
- Strong command of written and spoken English.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and financial analysis tools.
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in accounting or financial management roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
■Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SAP and proficiency in Google Workspace.
- Prior experience in a regional or multinational business environment.
