1. 負責公司產品出貨後的售後服務，即品質客訴服務處理、客戶端與工廠端之溝通協調、品質之現場稽核進行準備、品質資訊之收集管理、CAR改善稽核、監控廠內產品品質、傳達客戶議題並整合相關部門進行追蹤解決方案等。 2. 完整收集整合客戶端訊息，以提供廠內做為品質改善的方向及提高客戶服務滿意度。
