主要職責
帶領團隊建立 Digital Twins 開發流程,並應用 AI 技術於視覺辨識與運動控制,推動產品成功落地。
主要任務
1. 建立並優化 Digital Twins 開發流程
2. 研究與評估 AI 技術,優先聚焦於高揚程叉車的視覺辨識與運動控制
3. 驗證並落實研究成果,應用於叉車相關情境,解決視覺辨識與運動控制等核心問題
Mission:
Responsible for the development, design, and system integration of AMR (Autonomous Mobile Robot) autonomous mobile robot product organization
Main task:
A. Outsourcing and preparing materials for customer-designed related mechanical parts and finding suitable commercially available components.
B. Mechanical parts/component design. (Familiar with processes such as plastic injection, sheet metal stamping, vacuum forming, CNC machining, rubber hot pressing, etc.)
C. Run the development process for each stage (DVT, PVT, MP), ensuring timely delivery of samples during the finished product stage.
D. Engineering Debug. (Including design issues and process issues)
E. Engineering document writing and development process system operation. (C flow, BOM, purchase order, outbound/inbound order, subcontracting results acceptance)
1. Embedded Linux software design and coding
2. Development of network features for xDSL, Ethernet and Wi-Fi AP routers.
3. Projects management and handling
【工作內容】:
• 開發以 UART 為介面的命令列工具(CLI)製造測試韌體,用於硬體驗證與測試。
• 撰寫並整合各類硬體週邊測試功能,包括:
o 行動通訊模組(Cellular Modem):開關電源、AT 指令、數據連線、USB 驗證
o 藍牙(BLE):開關電源、掃描與讀取結果
o GNSS:開關電源、NMEA 資料讀取
o 加速度感測器(Accelerometer):暫存器讀取、設定中斷
o 外部 SPI Flash:資料讀寫
o LED 控制:顏色切換與開關控制
o CAN Bus / IOX CAN (via SPI):資料收發、FD CAN 位元率設定
o K/L 線通訊:收發資料、L-line 開關控制
o GPIO / ADC:數值設定與讀取
• 撰寫相關設計與測試文件,確保韌體能順利整合進產線驗證流程。
• 與硬體團隊合作進行系統 bring-up、debug 與測試優化。
【加分條件】:
• 有 STM32 或 FreeRTOS 開發經驗。
• 具備 產線測試/驗證韌體 開發經驗。
• 熟悉 Cellular、GNSS、BLE 模組整合。
