工作內容:
To lead the team to cover supply chain management including supplier identification and evaluation, negotiation, package, purchase order follow-up,
production and on-time shipment.
To source, maintain, and develop solid supplier matrix and work with buyers on new products.
To coach and develop team members to provide good service to customers
Excellent presentation and communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
Willing to travel to China and Overseas.
You will be working as a bridge between the front-end sales and the internal team.
Job Description:
1. Shipping arrangement, payment handling, contract review and follow-up, and others.
2. Review of production plan/Sales figure from front-end sales.
3. Communications and coordination across different departments to fulfill the requests from the front-end sales/ agent at local or overseas.
4. Maintaining and preparing regular reports for higher-up.
5. Assist sales team on marketing event for branding.
6. Assist on various internal documentation, both on sales and administration.
Requirements:
1. Good communication and coordination skills.
2. Intermediate English fluency for both oral/ writing.
3. Good numerical analytical ability and detail-oriented
4. Good at teamwork and able to multi-task and work independently in a volatile business environment.
5. Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
6. More than 1 year of sales assistance experience will be a plus.
