► Analyze data insights and model testing results to provide clients with recommendations and issue analysis reports.
彙整數據分析以及模型測試的結果,提供客戶建議和問題分析報告。
► Document client success stories and develop case study reports.
彙整客戶成功案例、撰寫案例分析報告。
〔 Requirements〕
At least 2-3 years of experience in customer success management, data analysis, or technical consulting.
具備 2-3 年以上客戶成功管理、數據分析或技術顧問相關經驗。
Possess data analysis skills and be proficient in using statistical analysis tools, with clear logical thinking, capable of independently analyzing and solving problems.
具備數據分析能力,並能熟練使用統計分析工具,邏輯清晰,能夠獨立分析和解決問題。
Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to take over pre-sales POC projects and continuously explore more value for customers.
具備良好的溝通能力和表達能力,能夠負責接續售前的 POC 專案,並持續在客戶端發掘更多價值。
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate internal resources to meet customer needs.

Familiarity with project management methodologies and relevant practical experience is a plus.
