Summary/Objective
The ESG Lab Engineer's primary role will be to provide technical support, test set up approval and on-going failure analysis in support of the day-to-day operations of the test lab.
The position will require a strong ability and desire to develop expertise with regards to mechanical and electrical testing specification as they related to electrical connector solutions, reliability analysis and automated lab procedures.
The ESG Lab Engineer will be required to dictate testing methodology to lab technicians, interact with internal customers and analyze test data.
Essential Functions/ Responsibilities.
1. Identify potential problems with testing based upon test results/data.
2. Create and maintain standard operating procedures and work instructions for all relative equipment and processes.
3. Conduct failure analysis using root cause and problem-solving techniques.
4. Collaborate with engineering and review and approve test plans.
5. Provide support to technicians to maintain properly working and maintained equipment.
6. Research, coordinate, and implement testing solutions for “nonstandard” customer testing.
7. Create and/or review formal electronic test reports.
8. Assist with test fixture design and procurement.
9. Program electronic data acquisitions systems.
10. Ensure compliance to industry testing standards.
11. Analyze test data statistically.
12. Review Printed Circuit Board designs to ensure test requirements are met.

3. Execute ESG/renewable energy-related international certifications to enhance the company's sustainable competitiveness in the global market.
Secondary Support:
4. Integrate and prepare corporate sustainability reports to meet regulatory requirements and stakeholder demands.
5. Integrate corporate governance assessments to promote sustainable development dimensions, enhancing corporate governance and sustainability performance.
6. Drive and maintain the RBA (Responsible Business Alliance) management system to ensure the supply chain meets sustainability standards.
7. Facilitate cross-departmental and stakeholder collaboration, introduce sustainability thinking, execute ESG projects, and communicate effectively.
8. Conduct ESG training and awareness activities to enhance employee and stakeholder participation and understanding.

4.全程參與並協調專案執行流程
從訂單建立、出貨、發票開立到售後服務等階段全程參與,確保專案順利完成、客戶滿意。
5.處理訂單執行過程中發生的問題
若訂單流程中出現異常,需即時解決並提出改善方案,避免日後再次發生類似問題。
6.參與展覽與行銷活動
代表公司出席各類能源產業展會、推廣活動,提升品牌知名度與市場觸及率。
Key Responsibilities:
• Build rapport and trust with gas generator potential clients, and follow up the leads daily. Domestic travel is required, oversea travel occasionally.
• Collaborate with team members, vendor to deliver tailored proposals and educate customers on product options.
• Provide turn-key solution of energy-saving and corporation sustainability to customers.
• Engage with customers, participate and coordinate the whole project. This includes all tasks from order entry to invoicing, and also after sales orders.
• Address and resolve any issues that arise during the ordering process. Implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences of similar issues.
• Represent at trade shows and events.
