Qualifications
• University Graduate with major in Textile and Apparel Preferred
Knowledge and Experience
• 3 years experience in Fabric Merchandising roles within the apparel industry in the US Market
• Knowledge of Fabric production processes is essential, with experience working in a factory preferred

As our Import & Product Registration, you will play a crucial role in introducing a diverse range of products to the Taiwanese market. You will be responsible for:
• Ensuring Seamless Importation:
o Masterfully navigate Taiwan's import regulations, ensuring compliance every step of the way.
o Conduct thorough pre-import feasibility checks, identifying and addressing potential roadblocks.
o Scrutinize product labels, guaranteeing they meet all local requirements.
• Facilitating Product Registration:
o Oversee the registration and testing processes for a wide array of products, including cosmetics, medical devices, electronics, toys, food, and food containers.
o Collaborate with relevant authorities and testing laboratories to ensure products meet safety and quality standards.
• Optimizing Import Processes:
o Become an expert in Harmonized System (HS) codes, accurately classifying products for smooth customs clearance.
o Provide your expertise to support customs clearance and resolve any import-related issues.

【Job Responsibility】
Sample Management
• Receive, unpack, and organize incoming product samples from vendors.
• Sort and label samples by season, product category, or designated system.
• Track sample movement (check-in/out) and maintain updated sample inventory.
• Support product fittings, photo shoots, and meetings by preparing and returning samples.
• Ensure samples are stored neatly and securely in the sample room.
Reporting & Data Management
• Generate weekly reports on sample status, deliveries, and outstanding requests.
• Assist in maintaining product master data, style information, and seasonal line lists.
• Update tracking sheets (Excel/PLM) with product status, comments, and deadlines.
• Support ad-hoc data entry and reporting needs as requested by the product team.
Team Support & Coordination
• Assist in scheduling and preparing materials for internal meetings (line reviews, cross-functional check-ins, etc.).
• Help consolidate product feedback from sales, or cross-functional teams.
• Prepare seasonal presentation decks (PowerPoint) for product meetings.
• Coordinate courier or shipping requests for samples to other teams/regions.
IT & Systems Support
• Follow up with IT team regarding PLM system access or technical issues faced by the product team.
• Track and escalate unresolved IT requests to ensure timely solutions.
• Provide first-level support in documenting recurring system issues for process improvement.
General Administrative & Chores
• Maintain product archive and sample library in an organized manner.
• Support filing, printing, labeling, and other clerical duties related to product operations.
• Assist in setting up showrooms or display areas for seasonal presentations.
• Assist in weekly replenishment & consolidation.
• Handle ad-hoc errands or tasks to support smooth workflow in the product team.
【Requirements】
• Previous internship or assistant experience in fashion, merchandising, or retail preferred.
• Excellent written English is a plus; strong communication and documentation skills required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); PLM knowledge is a plus.
• Comfortable following up with IT and cross-functional teams on system-related issues.
• Ability to lift and move product samples (boxes, garments, accessories).
